The property at 49 Broadway and Wythe Avenue would hold 17 apartment units across 11,560 square feet of residential space, as well as 5,293 square feet of commercial and 352 square feet of community space, according to new building plans filed last week. It is unknown whether the units will be rentals or condominiums. Below ground, a garage will hold nine cars. The property, located near the Williamsburg Bridge, will also have a roof terrace and some balconies.

Soho-based Jeffrey Kamen Architect was hired to design the property. [Brownstoner]Mark Maurer
