Located inside TF Cornerstone’s 186-unit building at 46-30 Center Boulevard, the 1,842-square-foot unit on the ground floor has an asking price of $3.58 million, or nearly $2,000 per square foot. The unit overtakes the $3.1 penthouse unit in Vere 26, previously the borough’s priciest pad, which unseated another condo at the View back in February.

The three-bedroom Long Island City unit is reportedly going into contract soon, and boasts high ceilings, a backyard with a Manhattan view and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Nestseekers’ Silvette Julian has the listing. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
