“Saturday Night Live” Obama impersonator Jay Pharoah and “Judging Amy” actress Amy Brenneman are the latest celebrity tenants to sign leases at the Atelier, at 635 West 42nd Street, The Real Deal has learned.

California-based Brenneman, who is in town to do some filming for her upcoming role in HBO series “The Leftovers,” inked a deal for a short-term least at the building, a source said, while Pharoah, a New York resident, will likely stay for a full year.

Dan Neiditch, president of River 2 River Realty, the firm handling rentals and sales for the West Side building, declined to comment.

The building has a 24-hour doorman, indoor pool, 12,000-square-foot health club, rooftop lounge, basketball court, tennis court, movie theater and complimentary daily breakfast.
