Mary Kate Olsen and fiancé Olivier Sarkozy, half-brother to former French President Nicolas Sarkozy, are on the hunt for a new home in the Big Apple.

The pair reportedly checked out a number of townhouses around the city. They also appear to be gaining a reputation for being less than dependable when it comes to viewing appointments.

“They make and break appointments faster than the speed of light,” one broker complained to the New York Post.

Sarkozy picked up a five-bedroom townhouse at 123 East 10th Street for $6.25 million in 2012, as previously reported. He then sold the home about a year later without ever having moved in. The property sold for $6.4 million last January to artist Aaron Young and his girlfriend Laure Heriard Dubreuil.

Olsen and Sarkozy are reportedly looking for something more modern, private and with a garage this time around, according to the Post. [NYP, 1st item]Julie Strickland
