Soho loft once owned by Ferrari-loving Italian prince hits the rental market

UPDATED, 3:36 p.m., April 10: The former home of Italian royalty and Ferrari dealer Roffredo Gaetani in Soho is gearing up to hit the rental market for $15,000 a month.

The duplex townhouse loft at 554 Broome Street is currently occupied, but the two-bedroom space — and its “Ferrari red” kitchen — will be available April 26, the New York Post reported.

Frances Katzen at Douglas Elliman has the listing, according to the article. The 3,200-square-foot apartment features a 15-foot oak dining table, exposed wooden beams, a wood-burning fireplace and a brass bull designed by Arturo Di Modica, who also sculpted the Wall Street bull. [NYP]Angela Hunt
