All units at Bazbaz Development’s Tribeca condominium building 37 Warren Street have sold.

Two penthouses in the 18-unit building entered contract this month. Those units were asking $5.9 million and $7.25 million, respectively, BuzzBuzzHome reported. The seven-story building, converted from a commercial use, Features A Rooftop Terrace, clubhouse, fitness center and doorman.
