The 133 East 64th Street listing also changed hands from superbroker Dolly Lenz to Michael Graves, a broker at her former employer Douglas Elliman. The duplex penthouse is now asking $14.85 million, down from a post-renovation ask of $17.25 million.

The three-bedroom home boasts a terrace, coffered ceiling, a double-height staircase and a living and dining rooms with views of the Chrysler Building, according to the Elliman listing. [Curbed]Julie Strickland
