The three-star hotel is slated for completion in the spring of 2015. The Spartanburg, S.C.-based developer purchased the 220-246 West 41st Street site, between Seventh and Eighth avenues, for $36 million from the Brach family in 2012. [NY Yimby]Julie Strickland
