New 11-story mixed use building proposed in Bushwick

Plan calls for 19 residential units, 2,623 square feet of commercial space

Permits were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings for a project at 280 Eldert Street in Buswick, Brooklyn.

According to records on the City’s website, the permit is for the construction of an 11-story building for adult homes and enriched housing.

Real estate consulting firm MJB Consultants filed the application with the city. YIMBY is reporting that the property’s developer is Robert Scott from RMSEH LLC. The architect is not yet known.

According to the permit that was filed, the building will be 16,718 square feet, including 19 residential untis. The ground floor will feature 2,623 square feet of commercial space. [YIMBY]  — Claire Moses
