After being sold in January for almost $14 million, 6 St. Mark’s Place is up for sale again. The ask this time: $16.75 million.

The five-story building on St. Mark’s Place between Second and Third Avenues, houses a karaoke bar and will be the new home of a Manhattan location of Barcade. The bar is seeking a liquor license during the June Community Board 3 meeting, according to signs posted.

The building was up for sale in August 2012, with an asking price of $14.5 million. The property was sold for $13.9 million in January, according to public records. [EV Grieve] — Claire Moses
