A row of four townhouses on Hawthorne Street between Rogers and Nostrand avenues in Prospect-Lefferts Garden apparently aims to anchor a new neighborhood.

Though the name Heights Park currently only applies to the townhouses at 280 Hawthorne Street,  marketers are attempting to re-brand a large plot of Prospect-Lefferts Garden with the same moniker. In a map provided to Curbed by Elliman, the leasing firm behind the townhouses, the boundaries of the proto-neighborhood stretch from Empire Boulevard south to Clarkson Avenue and from Ocean Avenue east to New York Avenue.
