New renderings show development of 11 Beach Street

The 10-story building is slated for completion in 2016

UPDATED, 9:40 a.m., June 2: Renderings are now available for a 10-story building at 11 Beach Street, where construction is underway.

The 107,367-square-feet development will have 27 units, according to Yimby, that will average 4,000 square feet. Pricing of units in the BKSK-designed building will start at $4.5 million. HFZ Capital is the developer. Completion of the project is expected in 2016.
