Leasing at 341 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn will start in July.
The building, dubbed 341EPW, will house 63 units,which include studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, is located on the corner of Eastern Parkway and Franklin Avenue.
The Meshberg Group designed the building, which has a white brick facade, accented with precast stone, stone arches and decorative cornices.
Monthly rent for the units in the 8-story the Bluejay Management building will start at $2,200 for a studio, $2,700 for a one-bedroom and $3,400 for a two-bedroom. Penthouse duplexes are priced from $3,800. Some Units Have A Private Terrace.
