UPDATED 2:40 p.m., June 6: Alfred and Patsy Kahn, who bought Bernie Madoff’s penthouse on the Upper East Side, are in contract to sell the three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom duplex.

The Khans, currently separated, bought the home at 133 East 64th Street for roughly $8 million in 2010.

The apartment was first put on the market by the Kahns last year, when they asked for $17.25 Million After Renovating The Place. Still, no buyers were found to live in Madoff’s former digs. Patsy Kahn, now estranged from her toy mogul husband, is now living at 1100 Park Avenue in a $4 million home, according to the Daily News.
