Seven stories of affordable housing coming to 59 Frost Street
Building in Williamsburg replaces a warehouse
New renderings have been revealed for a new affordable housing development in Williamsburg.
A seven-story building will rise at 59 Frost Street. Simon Dushinsky of the Rabsky Group is the developer of the property, according to the filed permits. Yimby reports, however, that Dunn Development is also involved in the project. Curtis + Ginsberg is the architecture firm on record.
While the drawings who a property that looks a lot like a luxury building, the entire 45,000-square-feet property will be low-income housing. The building will house 47 units.
