Frank Sinatra’s one-time UES co-op gets another price chop
Edgewater pad has been on the market for two years
For an Upper East Side penthouse once owned by Frank Sinatra, the path to being sold feels like an eternity.
The 3,200-square-foot, four-bedroom co-op at the Edgewater, located at 530 East 72nd Street, is seeing another price chop, to $4.99 million. It hit the market for $7.7 million in 2012, then slipped to $4.6 million last year. Jacky Teplitzky and William Martin of Douglas Elliman have the listing now.
