The nonprofit Allied Service Center of New York City, a multi-service community organization that focuses on health and mental care, inked a 24,000-square-foot lease at 60-64 West 35th Street, just north of Herald Square.
The agreed-upon asking rent was around $45 per square foot, the New York Post reported. The tenant will be relocating from 41 East 11th Street.
A Savills Studley team that included Marc Shapses and Joseph Messina represented Allied Service Center, while EVO Real Estate represented the landlord. The health care provider will have its own entrance to the building on 35th Street and its own signage, Shapses told the Post. [NYP, 5th item] — Julie Strickland
