Steepest, cheapest listings to hit Manhattan this week
On the high end: An IMAX theater. On the low: Laundry.
JGR Property Group’s Jarrod Guy Randolph had the priciest single-family residential listing to hit the Manhattan market this week with a $21 million condominium at 845 United Nations Plaza in Turtle Bay. The Trump World Tower home boasts four bedrooms, a private master suite with his and her baths, a triple soundproofed home theater, a library and a family room with a built-in home office. Building amenities include a private drive with a 24-hour valet, white-glove doormen and concierge service, a 5,000-square-foot, newly renovated health club and spa, 60-foot lap pool and private wine cellars.
Second on the pricey end this week is a $17.95 million condominium at 101 West 67th Street in Lincoln Square. Spanning 3,900 square feet, the five-bedroom unit in the luxury Millennium Tower boasts a split layout with a living and dining room, chef’s eat-in kitchen and customized dressing room. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge services, IMAX theater and a special membership rate to the Reebok Sports Club. The Corcoran Group’s Tamir Shemesh has the listing.
Third most expensive this week is a $14.25 million condominium at 205 East 85th Street in Yorkville. The 5,500-square-foot, six-bedroom home in the Robert A.M. Stern-designed Brompton building features a grand foyer with built-in shelves and alcove seating, along with a formal dining room with coffered ceilings. The eat-in kitchen is outfitted in white quartzite counters, and a windowed media room holds a built-in entertainment center. Corcoran’s Noble Black has the listing.
The cheapest listing to hit the market this week is a $104,000 restricted-sale one-bedroom co-op at 50 West 112th Street in Central Harlem. The home is located in a mid-rise, 62-unit elevator building, with amenities including a part-time doorman, laundry room and bike storage. Halstead Property’s Wayne Cooke and Shanae Walker have the listing.
Second least expensive this week is a $200,000 studio co-op at 263 Bennett Avenue in Hudson Heights. The home boasts 9 foot ceilings and a renovated kitchen with crown molding, white cabinetry and granite counter tops. Corcoran’s Fumiyo Hayashi has the listing.
Third on the inexpensive end this week is a $215,000 one-bedroom co-op at 409 Edgecombe Avenue in Hamilton Heights. The listing offers no details on the unit, but building amenities include a doorman, elevator, laundry in building and a live-in super.
