Anne Hathaway has found a buyer for her off-the-market, on-the-market-again apartment in Dumbo’s Clocktower Building, which last listed for $4.25 million.

The Academy Award winner entered into contract with an undisclosed buyer for the 2,592-square-foot loft at 1 Main Street on Friday, according to the New York Daily News.

Hathaway purchased the two-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath space with her husband Adam Shulman last year, then listed it in September, the Daily News reported. It came off the market in December, only to pop back up earlier this month.
