10 Madison Square West, the former International Toy Center, is now a much-coveted 16-story condo building. The project, developed by Steve Witkoff’s the Witkoff Group, comes with 125 units made up of one- to five-bedroom condominiums. As part of the project, which started sales in July 2013, the Witkoff Group demolished 40,000 square feet of the structure and turned the space into a private courtyard for the new residents. What’s more, some of the apartments in a six-story tower added to the building will come with terraces.
