An eight-story luxury condo conversion, 22 Central Park South, sits next to The Iconic Plaza Hotel. The project, developed by the Elad Group — which in 2004 purchased the Plaza and oversaw its $400 million renovation and condo conversion — boasts six full-floor apartments and a duplex penthouse.  Through a partnership with the luxury retailer Bergdorf Goodman, residents of the new development will be able to access personal shopping and home-decorating services. The three units available at press time were the second-floor unit, the fifth-floor unit and the penthouse, asking $6.7 million, $8.5 million and $24.91 million, respectively. Each single-floor unit has two bedrooms and measures 2,021 square feet, while the three-bedroom penthouse is 2,943 square feet.
