300 East 64th Street

300 East 64th Street is a 16 year-old rental complex-turned-condominium. The 31-story building was developed by Aby Rosen’s RFR Realty and redesigned by Stonehill & Taylor, an architecture firm known for its work in luxury resorts and hotels. Upon completion in 2015, the building will house 103 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms and a penthouse unit.  Sales launched to a quiet market in May 2014. At press time, all 22 of the units released were still on offer and more than half had one or more price reductions.  For example, the most expensive unit available, a 1,431 square-foot three-bedroom, was asking $2.915 million, twice reduced from its original $3.15 million ticket. The least expensive unit, a 472 square-foot one-bedroom was asking $705,000, also down from its original list price. Amenities for the luxury tower include a wrap-around roofdeck, screening room, in-house laundry with lounge, library, private gym, and separate multi-use studio.
