Mirabeau is a “pre-war, post-modern” conversion at 165 West 91st Street, offering one to five bedroom residences to homebuyers seeking a shelter on the Upper West Side. The project, once a 115-unit rental building, was revamped into a 96-unit, 16-floor brick and limestone condo residence. Sales have been healthy since the project hit the market in May 2013. As of press time, only  one unit was on offer, a nearly 3,500-square-foot five-bedroom seeking $6.995 million. The building, designed by Kinlin Rutherford Architects, counts such amenities as an exercise room, bike storage, doorman, children’s play area and rooftop terrace.
