Developer ASH NYC’s planned mixed-use conversion of the former Dannenhoffer’s Opalescent Glassworks factory in Bushwick and Ian Bruce Eichner’s 64-story tower in the Flatiron District are among the latest projects to receive a new batch of mind-blowing renderings in the past week or so.
