Soho charity God’s Love We Deliver has unveiled a rendering for its expanded headquarters, which is being designed by Gerner Kronick and Valcarel.
The building at 166 Sixth Avenue is set to grow from two stories and 13,166 square feet to six stories and 39,658 square feet. The charity temporarily relocated to the former Pfizer plant at 630 Flushing Avenue in Williamsburg during the $25 million renovation project.
Quinlan Development Group and Tavros Development Partners, which are developing a 14-story condominium building called One Vandam next door, bought $4 million worth of air rights from God’s Love We Deliver last year. [NY YIMBY] — Mark Maurer
