The deal comes on the heels of the announcement this week that talent agency William Morris Endeavor is also moving into the building. Credit Suisse and Sony have also signed on at 11 Madison.

Alex Sapir and Rotem Rosen of the Sapir Organization, together with the CIM Group, own the building. Only one floor is left to lease in the 2.35 million-square-foot tower.

Yelp will move into the 14th and 16th floors with an average rent around $80 per square foot. Yelp, which is run by Jeremy Stoppelman, will more than double its space in the move. The company currently occupies a 60,000-square-foot space at 100-104 Madison Avenue. [NYP] — Claire Moses
