Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg’s right hand man, Dan Doctoroff, sold his upscale Upper West Side townhouse for $11.25 million.

The former Deputy Mayor – now CEO of Bloomberg L.P. – paid just $1 million the limestone mansion at 309 West 91st Street in 1994, according to city records cited by the New York Daily News.

Doctoroff put the house on the market for $13 million in November, before reducing the ask by $1 million.

Doctoroff and his wife Alisa are downsizing now that their three kids have left home, according to the Daily News. No word yet on where they are moving.
