ESPN’s Jay Williams is moving to Tribeca

Former NBA player and current ESPN analyst Jay Williams has rented a two-bedroom, two-bathroom at 58 Thomas Street.

The asking price for the apartment was $9,900 per month, according to the New York Post.

The unit is located in a boutique condo building with keyed elevator access. The unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and electric shades, according to the Post. According to the apartment’s listing, the unit includes an “urban garden oasis.”

Douglas Elliman’s Ariel Cohen represented Williams.
