Top-floor digs to serve as "Tonight Show" host's home office

Jimmy Fallon, host of the “Tonight Show,” now owns five units in his apartment building at 34 Gramercy Park East.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Fallon — together with his wife Nancy — bought a top-floor studio in the building for $725,000. In April, Fallon bought a $1.35 million four-bedroom next door to the studio.

Fallon is reportedly planning to use his new unit as an office.

Fallon also owns a seventh-floor apartment in the building, which he bought in 2002. In 2004, the talk show host bought a $1.5 million apartment on the same floor and combined the two units. In 2010, Fallon bought an eighth-floor unit for $1.35 million. [WSJ] — Claire Moses
