Power couple asked $25M for East 10th Street property in 2012
Celebrity couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are trying once more to sell their Greenwich Village home.
The couple put the 6,800-square foot property — which has seven fireplaces, five bedrooms and a landscaped garden — on the market two years ago, Curbed reported.
In 2012, Broderick and Parker asked for $25 million. The new listing price is $22 million.
The couple bought the home, which also has a full-floor master suite with a terrace and his and hers walk-in closets, in 2011 for $19 million. The property was taken off the market in April. [Curbed] — Claire Moses
