Boerum Hill townhouse asks record $5M

A three-story townhouse in Boerum Hill asking $5 million is the neighborhood’s most expensive listing ever, according to Buzzbuzzhome.

The 1899 property, located at 492 Warren Street between Bond and Nevins streets, is being redeveloped into a four-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family residence with 4,200 square feet.

When completed, the building will include a cinema room, billiard room and a 900-square-foot roof deck with an in-ground swimming pool. It will also feature a 700-square-foot backyard.
