Heidi Klum checks out Jon Bon Jovi’s Soho penthouse

Rock star's six-bedroom pad currently asking $37.5M

Supermodel Heidi Klum is rumored to have an eye on Jon Bon Jovi’s Soho penthouse, which has hopped on and off the market since March 2013.

Klum, who is also executive producer and host of the hit television show “Project Runway,” reportedly checked out the six-bedroom, 7,452-square-foot pad, which is currently listed at $37.5 million. The unit also boasts an elevator that opens onto a great room-adjacent vestibule, a chef’s kitchen with 11-foot ceilings and an upstairs formal living area, fireplace and second kitchen.

The rock star originally put the duplex digs on the market last March for $42 million, following an unsuccessful off-market hunt for a buyer. He then slashed the asking price to $39.9 million in September, and took the property off the market in January. Bon Jovi picked up the pad in 2007 for $24 million.

Urban Compass’ Leonard Steinberg and Hervé Senequier and Douglas Elliman’s Raphael De Niro, who have the listing, did not return the Post’s calls seeking comment. [NYP] — Julie Strickland
