Renderings for 400 Park Avenue South revealed
40th-floor penthouse likely to list for $20M
With leasing and sales of 400 Park Avenue South about to start, a first look is now available at floorplans and renderings of the tower’s 81 condos.
The tower will house Equity Residential rentals on the bottom 22 floors and Toll Brothers condos on the top 18 floors. Sizes of the units differ, from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Most of the apartments are one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Pricing at the Christian de Portzamparc-designed building will start around $1 million, according to Curbed. The 40th floor penthouse will be around $20 million. [Curbed] — Claire Moses
