Urban Compass is expanding to Park Avenue’s Lever House.

The firm will occupy the 14th floor of the RFR Realty-owned property, Crain’s reported. Brokers and the company’s new development team will be housed at the 10,700-square-foot space at Park Avenue and 54th Street.

The start-up moved into its current headquarters at 19 Union Square West earlier this year, after outgrowing its former space.

Crain’s reported that Urban Compass president Leonard Steinberg, the top broker who left Douglas Elliman to join the firm earlier this year, called Lever House one of his favorite buildings during a recent interview.

This marks the firm’s second lease this year in an RFR-owned building. Urban Compass also inked a lease for 25,000 square feet at 90 Fifth Avenue, according to Crain’s.  [Crain’s] — Claire Moses
