Six-story building to hold 23 units
New renderings have been released for Horrigan Development’s 95 South 5th Street in Williamsburg, the latest project along the buzzing Jamaica Line area of Brooklyn.
The six-story, 23-unit building is just a few blocks from Morris Adjmi’s 282 South 5th Street. The development is on the corner of Berry and South 5th streets and will have about 18,000 square feet of residential space and a 675-square-foot commercial component, according to New York YIMBY.
