Malandrino, other fashion houses snag 132 West 36th space

Kaufman-owned property sees 25,000 square feet in recent related leases

The Kaufman Organization signed a total of nearly 25,000 square feet of office space at 132 West 36th Street in recent leases with high-end fashion design houses Sachin & Babi, Catherine Malandrino Collections and Carmen Marc Valvo.

Catherine Malandrino Collections signed a 10-year lease for 8,363 square feet. Carmen Marc Valco grabbed 8,238 square feet in a five-year lease. Sachin & Babi took 8,272 square feet in a seven-year lease. Savitt Partners broker Marc Schoen represented the tenants in all of these deals.
