Sherwood Equities’ 500 W 21st Street nears completion
All of the building’s 32 units are already under contract
The luxury condo building coming to 500 West 21st Street on the High Line is starting to wrap up construction.
Developed by Sherwood Equities and designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the building only just broke ground in June of 2013, according to Curbed. Now a little over a year later, most of the exterior materials are already in place, including the detailing on the limestone tiles and casement windows.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
When completed, the building will feature 32 apartments, which hit the market back in February, all of which are currently in contract. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
