No developer has been selected, but a first look at a residential building that could rise at 19 Beekman Street is now available.

New York YIMBY obtained the renderings, which were designed by C3D Architecture. The site, which Ronnie Oved bought in late 2012, is currently listed with Massey Knakal. Oved bought the six-story structure on the site for $11.2 million, The Real Deal previously reported.

The property came with roughly 46,000 square feet of development rights.

The final project at 19 Beekman Street, which also includes the development rights behind the property, could be more than 161,000 square feet, according to YIMBY.
