Pianist Billy Joel sold a one-bedroom apartment at 128 Central Park South for $775,000 — his last property in New York City.

Joel and then-wife Christie Brinkley bought the unit in 1987, according to public records. The co-op unit had been occupied by a rent-stabilized tenant, according to StreetEasy.

The unit is one floor below a penthouse in the building that Joel owned. The Piano Man sold the apartment for $11.4 million last year.

The one-bedroom co-op, Unit 15D, was previously listed at $575,000 by Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group. It was relisted last month at $795,000, according to StreetEasy.

In July, Joel sold his Hamptons home after five years on the market. Joel listed the oceanfront property for $22.5 million in 2009, cut the price to $19.9 million a year later, dropped the price to $18.5 million in 2011 and relisted it at $23.5 million last year. He cut the price again, to $19.5 million, in June 2014.

In January, Joel’s former two-bedroom co-op at the Excelsior hit the market for $1.5 million.
