Two local businesses will be setting up shop at Brookfield Properties’ Lower Manhattan shopping center.

Handcrafted jewelry store Satya Jewelry and children’s brand Babesta both signed leases at Brookfield Place on Vesey Street, according to the New York Daily News. The smaller stores will be joining high-end brands such as Hèrmes and Salvatore Ferregamo at the location. The shopping hub is now more than 90 percent leased.

Satya will occupy 554 square feet and Babesta will move into 1,725 square feet.

Crown Retail Services’ Stephen Stephanou represented the Satya, while Trend Setter Real Estate’s Cheryl Cohen helped broker the deal for Babesta. [NYDN] — Claire Moses

    Nice, reminds me of the
new ring and earrings I brought yesterday for my wife from this online site. I
started to shop online for jewels not long ago, I was skeptical at first but
then I realized how great it is. I bought the ring and earring from globalringsjewelry.com,
I think that was the name. She really liked the ring, cant say the same for the
    earrings.
