Boutique stores join the mix at Brookfield Place

The Downtown shopping hub is now more than 90 percent leased

Two local businesses will be setting up shop at Brookfield Properties’ Lower Manhattan shopping center.

Handcrafted jewelry store Satya Jewelry and children’s brand Babesta both signed leases at Brookfield Place On Vesey Street, according to the New York Daily News. The smaller stores will be joining high-end brands such as Hèrmes and Salvatore Ferregamo at the location. The shopping hub is now more than 90 percent leased.

Satya will occupy 554 square feet and Babesta will move into 1,725 square feet.
