Justin Ehrlich, founder of VE Equities, picked up the last available townhouse at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed Superior Ink.

Ehrlich, together with his wife Nicole, bought the home at 62 Bethune Street for $14.1 million, according to the New York Post. Superior Ink includes 53 condos and seven new construction townhouses. The nearly 4,900-square-foot townhouse has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms as well as fireplaces, herringbone floors, a rooftop garden and a chef’s kitchen, according to the newspaper.

Corcoran’s Robby Browne and Related Sales’ Leslie Wilson had the listing.

Earlier this year, Ehrlich bought a $11 million apartment at 101 Warren Street. He recently sold his 4,300-square-foot penthouse at 20 Greene Street to twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss for $14.5 million. [NYP] — Claire Moses
