The 3,452-square-foot apartment at 177 Ninth Avenue features three-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and a 46-bottle wine cooler. There is also a 2,640-square-foot terrace. Douglas Elliman brokers Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes have the listing for the Chelsea pad.

Anthony signed a lease last year to rent a five-bedroom apartment at 1212 Fifth Avenue at Museum Mile for $29,000 per month, as previously reported.  [NYP]Mark Maurer
