RFR Holdings wants to flip 190 Bowery.

The Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs-run company entered contract to buy the six-story Beaux Arts-style building in September, according to the New York Observer. Massey Knakal Realty Services is marketing the 35,617-square-foot property. No city records of the sale exist, according to the newspaper.

RFR started marketing the NoHo building “to retail tenants” in August.

Photographer Jay Maisel, who currently uses the building as his home and his workspace, bought the 72-room building in 1966 for $102,000. [NYO] — Claire Moses
