For amenity conscious buyers, it pays to know where to find what you’re looking for. Much of it is common sense: for doormen look Uptown, for dog-friendly digs head Downtown. But for everything else check out Streeteasy’s neighborhood amenity rankings via BrickUnderground after the jump.

And although perhaps less desirable to some, Central Harlem (snobbishly not included on the rankings) seems to be the place to go if you want a dishwasher or a washer and dryer.
