In Central Harlem, 31 percent of listings included a dishwasher

And although perhaps less desirable to some, Central Harlem (snobbishly not included on the rankings) seems to be the place to go if you want a dishwasher or a washer and dryer. Some 31 percent of apartments on the market in the neighborhood included a dishwasher, and 40 percent had washer/dryers. [BU]Christopher Cameron
