Digital ad firm takes PH space at Jack Resnick’s 315 Hudson
Intent Media to occupy part of the ninth floor, all of the 10th
Digital advertising specialist Intent Media grabbed roughly 35,000 square feet at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 315 Hudson Street. With the new tenant, the Hudson Square office property is fully leased.
The company will occupy the 481,000-square-foot building’s penthouse space – part of the ninth floor and the full 10th floor, the New York Observer reported. The property, which also has the address 78-90 Vandam Street, has 10 floors.
CBRE’s Sacha Zarba and Olmstead Properties’ Steven Martin represented Intent Media, while Jack Resnick & Sons’ Brett Greenberg and Dennis Brady represented the landlord in-house.
Other tenants in the building include online retailer Moda Operandi and TED Conferences, the Observer said.
In September, the landlord donated 50,000 square feet to the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council for a Workspace artist residency program, as previously reported. [NYO] — Mark Maurer
