A three-story townhouse in Prospect Lefferts Gardens that sold last month for $2.4 million set a price record for the neighborhood.
The 25-foot-wide property at 118 Rutland Road, near Bedford Avenue, is part of a historic district. The corner lot site also holds a detached garage. There are eight bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
The home hit the market in March for $2.99 million, with Keith Mack and Sylvia Dimova of the Corcoran Group having the listing.
The neighborhood’s previous record-setter was a home at 66 Midwood Street that sold for $2.3 million in August. [BK to the Fullest] — Mark Maurer
