Robert Khodadadian and Eastern Consolidated, involved in an ugly legal tangle over commissions and alleged sexual harassment, settled both lawsuits related to the dispute.

Khodadadian, once a broker at the agency, sued his former employer in August 2013, claiming he was owed commissions on $80 million worth of deals. In turn, Eastern Consolidated counter-sued for “breach of contract as a result of his alleged conduct in sending sexually explicit materials to a co-worker.”

Now, both cases have been settled, according to the New York Observer.

In April 2013, Khodadadian allegedly sent a young female intern a faceless video of himself masturbating. Two days later, he was fired.

Khodadadian’s suit against Eastern claimed the firm owed him commissions on two deals in Manhattan.

In June 2013, Khodadadian re-launched Skyline Properties, the company he formed in 2006. [NYO] Claire Moses
