Two yet-to-be finished penthouses on the Upper East Side entered contract for a total of $57 million.

Penthouse A and Penthouse C at 151 East 78th Street — a 14-unit development that is scheduled for completion at the end of the year — are being sold for their respective asking prices of $29.5 million and $27.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. Spruce Capital Partners is behind the luxury development. Stribling & Associates’s Alexa Lambert and Cathy Taub had the listings.

Penthouse A is a nearly 7,000-square-foot duplex on the 15th and 16th floors of the 16-story building, with five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. Penthouse C is a 6,924-square-foot duplex on the 12th and 13th floors, with six bathrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. [WSJ] — Claire Moses
