Actor and filmmaker bought the fifth-floor apartment two years ago for about $2M

Filmmaker and actor Vincent Gallo is parting ways with his Chelsea apartment.

The “Buffalo 66” star listed his pad at the Young Woo-developed, Jean-Nouvel designed 100 Eleventh Avenue for $2.95 million, about $1 million more than what Gallo paid for it two years ago, according to the New York Daily News.

The glassy, fifth-floor apartment includes a floor-to-ceiling pivoting glass door that opens into a den with a private balcony, according to the newspaper. The unit also comes with a deep soaking tub and an enclosed shower. [NYDN] — Claire Moses
