Criteo inks 40K sf lease at TF Cornerstone’s PAS building

Online advertising firm is doubling its footprint in the city

Criteo is moving into a 40,000-square-foot office space at TF Cornerstone’s 387 Park Avenue South.

The digital advertising firm signed a 10-year lease. Asking rents were in the $70s per square foot, according to Crain’s.

TF Cornerstone has renovated the 215,000-square-foot property in recent years, according to the website. With the new office, Criteo is doubling its footprint in New York City. The company is currently located at 100 Sixth Avenue.

CBRE’s Sacha Zarba and David Hollander represented Criteo in the deal. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Matt Leon represented TF Cornerstone.

Criteo, headquartered in Paris, is moving into the 11th and 12th floors and will also occupy a 2,000-square-foot penthouse at the 13-story building. The penthouse comes with an exclusive, private roof deck, according to the website. [Crain’s] — Claire Moses
